Sou a Carla Amaro, nasci em 77, na vila de Tramagal, sou mulher, mãe, filha, irmã, doula na vida, renascedora, terapeuta holística, maga da cozinha, das ervas e dos óleos, dançarina, poetisa, atriz, advogada, pintora, uma eterna aprendiz, trago em mim uma multiplicidade de seres que me definem, mas que nada dizem sobre mim: adoro a minha gargalhada, o meu abraço-casa, as minhas mãos quentes, extensão do meu coração, o meu colo, a minha alegria de viver, o meu companheiro e os meus 6 filhos todos paridos de forma diferente e tão transformadora (Carolina, Clara, Santiago, o bebé que não ficou no meu colo e a Beatriz e o Miguel-filhos de coração) e todos eles me têm guiado ao encontro da minha sombra e de volta à minha luz!
A gravidez, o parto e o pós-parto são os momentos da tua vida que exigem mais conexão com os teus corpos físico, emocional, energético, espiritual e etéreo e essa conexão só é possível ouvindo a tua sabedoria interna, no silêncio do teu coração.
Vou caminhar neste labirinto a teu lado com práticas holísticas que envolvem os quatros elementos: respiração conectada (rebirthing), meditação (mindfulness, heartfulness), trabalho emocional e sistémico, informação baseada em evidências científicas, movimento do corpo (chi-kung, yoga, dança, música), massagens (muitas), trabalho na água (water doulas) e com o fogo!
A frase de Michel Odent tem sido um dos meus faróis neste navegar pela vida, desde que a ouvi pela primeira vez no Curso da Materlua:”. Para mudar o mundo é preciso primeiro mudar a forma de nascer!” E eu acrescento e de educar! Acredito que nascer e educar em amor e respeito por cada ser individual é a chave para um mundo mais pacífico e harmonioso.

I’m Carla Amaro, I was born in 77, in the village of Tramagal. I’m a wife, mother, daughter, sister, doula in life, rebirthing therapist, holistic therapist, magician of cooking, herbs and oils, dancer, poet, actress, lawyer, painter, an eternal apprentice, I bring with me a multiplicity of beings that define me, but that say nothing about me: I love my laugh, my home-hug, my warm hands, an extension of my heart, my lap, my joy of life, my partner and my 6 children, all born in different and so transformative ways (Carolina, Clara, Santiago, the baby who didn’t stay in my lap, Beatriz and Miguel – children of my heart) and they have all guided me to find my shadow and back to my light!
